Welcome back to another Featured Homes blog, where we are excited to showcase the Westridge 1203CT model by Champion® Homes. This multi-section home is a true stunner, boasting tons of natural light, ample storage space, and a beautiful elevation that will make you forget that it was built in a factory! 

Built in our McMinnville, OR manufacturing facility, this home has 1,782 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. As you approach the exterior of the home, you will be struck by the modern olive-toned paneling and spacious garage, as well as the beautifully landscaped yard (please note that any landscaping is not provided by Champion and is contracted separately). 

As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by the open layout of the home. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining room and kitchen, which boasts tons of cabinet space for all your cooking needs. If you need a little extra space, there’s even a calming retreat area opposite the living room, to relax in or use for overflow when you have guests.
